Community Guidelines
Last updated: June 19, 2026
Drum Circle is a global, real-time community. To keep the circle a welcoming space for everyone, we ask all participants to follow these guidelines in every room, voice chat, listing, and message.
Be kind. Keep the groove.
- Welcome new drummers. Everyone was new once.
- Listen as much as you play. The circle moves together.
- Respect different skill levels, cultures, and styles.
Not allowed
- Harassment, hate speech, slurs, threats, or discrimination.
- Sexual content, nudity, or sexual solicitation.
- Doxxing or sharing other people's private information.
- Spam, scams, or promotional content unrelated to drum circles.
- Impersonating other people, organizations, or Drum Circle staff.
- Disrupting rooms with feedback, screeching, or deliberate noise.
Voice chat etiquette
- Mute when you're not speaking.
- Don't talk over the groove — let the rhythm lead.
- Keep your background quiet and use headphones if you can.
Directory listings
- Only list real, public drum circles you have permission to share.
- Keep info accurate — location, time, what to bring.
- No paid services disguised as community circles.

Enforcement
Violations can result in warnings, mutes, room bans, or account termination depending on severity. We err on the side of protecting the community.
